Tianyuan Chemical Science & Technology Park (TCSTP), a park inside Jiaonan seaside industrial park, is a fine chemical technology park which was established by Qingdao Tianyuan Chemical Co. Ltd. TCSTP was up fully grasping the policy for chemical industry regulated by the government, making full use of the advantages of Tianyuan products and infrastructure and resorting to technological products, dyestuffs(pigment),pesticide, pharmaceutical intermediates, Tianyuan Company will enhance the production of high-tech, high value fine chemicals and post processing products to accelerate the transition of product structure to fineness, series and highness and to build the TCSTP, during 3-4 years, into a rationally distributed, well structured, completely installed high standard, high-tech chemical zone.

TCSTP is also a part of Qingdao Chemical Industry Park. Based on two chemical companies including Qingdao Chemical Industry Park (Total programmed area is 30 square kilometers and the first phase is 7.87 square kilometers),putting emphasis on the development of rubber auxiliaries, biochemical products, intermediates, surface active agents, washing assistant, electronic information chemicals. building chemicals as well as other chemical products. By the end of the 10th five year plan, Jiaonan will become the largest fine chemical vase in Qingdao and brings more opportunity for the development of TCSTP.

GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION
Situated in Jiaonan, to the south of Fenghe River, north-west of seaside industrial park and inside the Qingdao Chemical Industry Co., Ltd with total area of 300,000square meters.

INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE PARK
TCSTP is equipped with 3 boilers with capacity of 20t/h and 75t/h respectively and 3 motor generators with power generation capacity of 3000kwh, 6000kwh and 12000kwh respectively. During the first phase (in 2000), land acquisition and overall planning as well as water, power and steam supply, road construction of the park is finished. And two projects put into operation now in the park.

TECHNOLOGICAL ANVANTAGE
Company now employs professional technical staffs, which is 40% of the total employees. With an eye on mature development, company has strongly enforced the strategy of boosting enterprise through science & technology as well as human sources.
